We are currently looking to hire a Programme Manager with Agency and Distribution experience to handle a large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee agency and distribution transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize agency and distribution networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on regional project management and consulting activities.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in agency and distribution transformation within the insurance industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in managing a large-scale and complex transformation programme
