We are currently looking to hire a Programme Manager with Agency and Distribution experience to handle a large-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee agency and distribution transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize agency and distribution networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on regional project management and consulting activities.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in agency and distribution transformation within the insurance industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in managing a large-scale and complex transformation programme
