Our client, a leading insurer, is looking for a Product Owner to manage the end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation through implementation, with a key focus on AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have product management expertise and technical acumen, facilitating discussions with technical and business leaders to align strategies, seamlessly integrate advanced AI technologies, and deliver innovative products meeting customer and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product development by understanding customer pain points, defining product requirements, managing development and testing, and launches.
- Collaborate with technical and business leaders to align the AI solutions for business strategic direction with organization-wide Generative AI initiatives.
- Develop product strategies to capture market opportunities for AI-driven products in insurance that align with business values.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are fully understood and integrated into the development process.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in AI technologies and assess their relevance to the insurance industry.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing a product from inception through design to implementation and launch.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven expertise in leading and executing complex technology products from concept to launch.
- Experience translating user research insight into product designs and enhancements.
