Our client is a well-established Insurance, seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of life, health, and wellness insurance products. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead technical solutions for new product initiatives and enhancements, including handling Day 2 items and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including Actuarial, Operations, IT, Finance, Agency, and Distribution, to align product initiatives with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, producing clear business requirement specifications.
- Review and refine functional specifications in partnership with product managers and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective solution implementation.
- Lead system testing efforts, including planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure all product development and implementation activities comply with regulatory standards, governance structures, and Risk & Compliance guidelines.
- Actively participate in the Product Implementation Taskforce and regular meetings to drive timely and high-quality product launches and regulatory initiatives.
- Lead ad-hoc projects and other assignments as required to support the business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A university degree, with 4-6 years of experience in the insurance industry, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business requirement gathering, functional specification review, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong knowledge of product development, operational processes, and system functionality.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
