For a leading Bank/Insurance Group, I'm looking for a Product Lead Protection.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Vision: Define the product vision and strategy to align with company goals and customer needs
* Product Development: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely stakeholder
feedback.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Chapter Leads in other Tribes as well as with other
departments (TECH, Communication&Brand, Operations) to ensure cohesive product development.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance
product success.

Competencies:
* Degree preferably in economics
* Minimum of 7 years of work experience
* Experience in retail protection insurance services and products, both non life and life (Lifestyle Protection
policies, pure risk, without financial component)
* Concrete ability to achieve results, working in a cross-functional environment
* Ability to manage complex projects
* Knowledge of Office tools
* Analytical skills and experience in monitoring performance
* Fluent English
