Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client in Dublin City who are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their rapidly growing team on a Permanent basis.

The Analyst will handle requisitioning, negotiating, and order placement duties. Key responsibilities include analysing user requests, obtaining vendor proposals, negotiating prices, reviewing contract terms, and preparing competitive events and RFPs as required.

Main tasks include but not limited to:

Bid on and negotiate purchases for various goods and services, covering multiple categories such as software, technology equipment, facility management and real estate services, HR services, subscriptions, and general supplies.

- Strong sourcing/procurement & vendor experience required

- 3 plus years experience in procurement analyst or similar space

- Exposure with ERP (ideally oracle) AND OR procure-to-pay systems

- Committed to being on-site 4 days per week in Dublin city (non-negotiable)

- Open to industry background.

Candidates must hold a minimum of a Stamp 1G dependent OR Irish/EU Passport.
