Oliver James are supporting a prominent, Globally known name in the insurance sector in their search for a Pension Risk & Control Senior Analyst. This is a hybrid, permanent position located in the Ipswich office.

• Responsible for embedding the risk and control framework in line with the Pensions Regulator.
• Provide oversight for the risk and control framework.
• Presenting committee reports to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct annual risk assessments and scenario analyses.
• Continually update and modify risk management strategies based on changing market conditions.
• Collaborate with other internal teams within the business.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders about the risk landscape.
• Staying up to date with changing regulation.

• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management principles.
• Experience working within pension insurance or financial services, with knowledge of the pension industry.
• Proven success of implementing internal risk framework.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex risk scenarios.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask.
