We are looking for a talented NLP Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team and lead the development of a key internal project. You will be responsible for building a chatbot based on Large Language Models (LLM), which will be integrated into our business processes to improve customer interactions and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of the chatbot using advanced NLP techniques and LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable NLP models for natural language understanding, dialogue management, and text generation.
- Ensure high-performance, accuracy, and robustness of the chatbot system.
- Work with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure) to integrate the chatbot and related services
- Monitor, optimize, and improve the performance of the chatbot through ongoing model refinement and updates.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with popular NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, Transformers, etc.
- Experience with Large Language Models and conversational AI development.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure (Azure Data Factory experience preferred).
- Experience in designing and deploying machine learning pipelines and NLP workflows.
- Good knowledge of model evaluation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps best practices and tools.
