- Enter all work activities as service or project tickets in ConnectWise and ensure meticulous documentation and tracking.

- Capable of multitasking and adapting quickly to changing environments.
- Deep understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to align network design with the broader business needs.
- Required: Associate-level certifications from our their key manufacturers (e.g., Aruba ACA, Fortinet FCA) or equivalent certifications from competitors (e.g., Cisco CCNA).
- Preferred: Professional-level certifications such as Aruba ACP, Aruba Architect, Fortinet FCP, or Cisco CCNP are advantageous for higher-level responsibilities.
- 3+ years of experience in configuring & troubleshooting data networks with platforms like Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement functional network infrastructure.
- Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure.
- Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
- Mentor team members on technical issues.
- Create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery).
- Communicate with users when needed.
- Maintain complete technical documentation.
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network infrastructure protocols.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of network operating systems such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF).
