We are partnering with a reputable international financial institution to look for a Maternity Cover Legal Counsel for 6 Months, working closely with the General Counsel to focus on corporate governance and compliance with the firm's policies.

This role will be collaborating with local legal teams as well as the wider regional business units, to assist the Headquarter on corporate secretarial matters as well as quarterly regulatory alerts and legal documentation review. You will be supporting the General Counsel on year end MAS Annual Visit process and monitoring regulatory changes impacting corporate governance in Singapore.

Requirement:

• At least 3-5 PQE
• Singapore qualified lawyer from private practice or in-house environment
• Eager to learn with strong organisational skills
• Strong business acumen and flexible
