Lead Developer / Technical Lead Java Full Stack!

As a Lead Developer / Technical Lead Java, you will play a crucial role in transforming our application landscape. Under the direction of our AMS Manager, you will lead a passionate team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our FullStack back office and digital office application components. Your mission: ensure our solutions meet the needs of our internal services and affiliates with excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate a talented team to excel in designing and maintaining our applications.
- Ensure each member of your team has the resources and support needed to excel in their role.
- Establish effective processes to ensure the quality and consistency of our code and solutions.
- As a Project Leader, guide our application projects to success by meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Build strong partnerships with our service providers and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
Required Profile:
- You hold a degree from higher education in a relevant field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in team management or project management.
- Deep expertise in backend and frontend development, mastering technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, Spring (Boot), Angular.
- Practical knowledge of Docker / Linux, Event-Driven Architecture / Kafka, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hybrid mobile development / Ionic, MongoDB, Security (Oauth / IODC), spring security, OWASP, Scrum (master), DevOps, CI/CD.
- Ideally, experience in project management in a mixed Mainframe / distributed environment and an understanding of the social security and mutual insurance sector in Belgium.
