I am currently working with an insurance software provider who specialise in implementing and supporting their Policy Administration System (PAS). They are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is experienced working with Policy admin systems within London market insurance domain.
Key responsibilities:
- Organise and document requiring gathering workshops with customers during initial implementation study
- Develop business lifecycle process flows to work with customer Operating models, aligned with their custom products functionality
- Capture and document customer requirements, challenging and promoting best practice where possible
- Contribute to functional team meetings updating on market and functional initiatives for upcoming product releases
- Liaise with offshore teams ensuring clarity on requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Strong track record as a Business Analyst delivering Policy administration systems within London market insurance clients
- 5+ years relevant experience across multiple commercial lines of business with strong London market knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of seniority
- Comfortable running functional customer workshops and documenting takeaways
- Experienced working collaboratively with offshore teams and mutli-location teams
