For our client in the Pharma industry, we are seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented IT Project Manager to join the team and collaborate closely with our Commercial and Medical departments. This role is pivotal in driving the seamless execution of IT initiatives that support business objectives.

Responsabilities:

Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of Commercial and Medical projects, from feasibility analysis and project setup to execution, delivery, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with business requirements andoptimal continuity.

Collaborate with Commercial and Medical teams to understand needs, translate them into ITrequirements,and deliver impactful solutions.

Anticipate and address potential project challenges by proactively identifying and implementing practicalsolutions.
Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clearcommunication and mutual understanding.

Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to meet objectives efficiently.

Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere, encouraging open dialogue and cooperation across teams.

Monitor project performance, deliver regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure continuous improvement.

Collect the need for evolutions of the application portfolio for its own center of expertise. Having a goodunderstanding of processes and procedures, supports key users in design the "to be" scenario.

Designs aresponse to functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements, implementing technology solutions onexisting systems.

Designs evolutions with key users, evaluating and identifying innovative solutions.

Experience Required

More than 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in roles involving close collaboration with Commercial and Medical departments in the Pharmaceutical environment.

Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial sectors

Education
Technical/scientific degree preferably in computer science, or degree in Management Engineering or otherscientific disciplines.
