Oliver James have partnered with a leading global financial services client who are seeking an IT Delivery Manager to join their growing, dynamic team on a permanent basis.

The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that the teams meet their software, solutions, and service delivery commitments. Their role is to enhance the team's efficiency and implement strategies to boost overall performance.

Responsibilities include: Supervising the design, development, and execution of software projects and managing and leading a delivery team consisting of software engineers, testers, and business analysts.

An experienced IT Delivery manager with a background in software engineering/full stack development, leading agile software projects with experience in scrum/kanban will slot well into this role.
