Investment Accounting Manager
Our client, an expanding P&C carrier, is looking for an Investment Accounting Manager to join their Finance department.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze investment reports
- Reconcile investment accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to investments
- Monitor investment performance and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investments
- Review the STAT and GAAP exhibits related to investment accounting
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of Investment Reporting
- 7+ years of investment accounting experience: 2+ years within the insurance industry
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
