Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles to ensure accuracy across compliance, and operational efficiency.
Review and accurately import BDX (bordereau) data into the policy management system, ensuring compliance with underwriting and policy administration standards.
Liaise with MGAs, MGUs, and internal stakeholders to track submissions, validate data integrity, and promptly address outstanding action items.
Oversee LOC (Letter of Credit) requests and associated financial processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
Prepare detailed operational and management reports, supporting policy and program renewals with comprehensive data analysis.
Ensure all policy documentation aligns with underwriting guidelines, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies or missing information.
Generate reports in accordance with internal policies, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Provide administrative, technical, and operational support to optimize efficiency within the insurance workflow.
Assist with claims-related processes, contributing to the effective management of policyholder inquiries and settlements.
Work closely with operations and leadership teams to document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process enhancements.
Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and best practices to maintain consistency, compliance, and excellence in insurance administration.
