About Us: Join a leading client of Oliver James in the Cyber Information Security Office Division. Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is pivotal in protecting IT infrastructure, ensuring individuals have the right access at the right time, and meeting strict compliance requirements. Our services cover user lifecycle management, privileged access management, infrastructure management, and security advisory services within IAM.

Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned IAM Migration Lead to drive the IDAM Migration & Adoption project. As the lead architect, you'll design and execute a migration plan to integrate applications within our new IAM system seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design secure and optimal migration solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and external suppliers to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Documentation and Testing: Create detailed technical documentation and ensure rigorous testing to secure sign-offs.
• Training and Handover: Conduct handovers with the Operations Team, including training and knowledge sharing for smooth future integrations and operations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security risks, highlighting any out-of-scope risks to senior stakeholders.
• Change Management: Promote and facilitate the adoption of designed solutions within impacted communities.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to processes and controls.

Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Sailpoint IIQ: 5+ years of experience.
  • CyberArk: 5+ years of experience.
  • IAM: Extensive knowledge.
  • Technology Platforms: Expertise in Windows, Unix, Network, Office/End User technologies, Mainframe, Tandem, or Middleware.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Analytical and Creative Mindset: Ability to see the bigger picture and design innovative solutions.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipate potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
