ICT System Specialist (On-Site 2nd Line Support) - Contract - 12 Months
Company Overview:
An international provider of IT solutions is looking for an ICT System Specialist to deliver on-site support and services at a key office location in Wallisellen, Switzerland.
This role involves direct engagement with employees, ensuring that their digital tools, workstations, mobile devices and network components function smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain workplace devices and meeting room technology
- Manage user accounts, access, and client setups
- Provide 2nd level hardware, software, and network support for end users
- Collaborate with local and global teams to address technical needs
- Document and update processes
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship in IT or equivalent experience
- Solid client support skills (Microsoft, O365, networking)
- Fluent in German with good English; a second national language is a plus
Start Date: c. January 2025
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Contract Duration: 12 month initial contract, with potential for extension
Workload: 100% - 2 days at home / 3 days in office
