For a fast-growing start-up operating in the Environmental sustainability industry, I'm looking for a Head of Sales.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations and proposals
* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
* Manage the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales department
* Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new opportunities within major markets
* Participate in industry trade events, conferences, and meetings to amplify the company's visibility and reach
* Manage and mentor the sales team to inspire excellent performance and career development

Requirements:
* 6-10 years of experience within start-up/scale-up organizations
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closing
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
* Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
* Experienced in Account Management and Sales Team Management
