Group Head Customer Lifecycle required by market leading global Life insurance business, offering an excellent package, long term career opportunities and a chance to make an impact in a senior leadership role!

The role:

• Build group wide process standards, business controls and monitoring across customer lifecycle
• Generate data driven insights for all business units
• Drive the change in mind-set of the key stakeholders
• Develop/drive the creation of end-to-end customer lifecycle framework and roll out effectively
• Hands on with front lines of business to identify route causes of problems and resolve

Requirements:

• 15+ years experience including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (COO, Head, Group Head)
• Experience of creating business process standards from scratch and implementing
• Hands on and happy to resolve issues across all lines of business
• Understanding of business processes, challenges, resource planning and ability to interpret compliance & regulatory issues
• Strong leadership ability
