My client is a top tier Insurance firm in Singapore looking to hire a Gen AI Data Scientists (Senior/ Junior) for their Data team. They are currently going through a massive expansion where they building up the AI capabilities in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end to end applications with a strong emphasis on both front-end and back-end components
- Back End: Build and optimize server side logic, APIs, and microservices using NodeJS and TypeScript
- Front End: Collaborate with the front end team to ensure seamless integration of generative AI components in the user interface
- Generative AI Integration: Work on implementing and integrating generative AI models, tools, and frameworks into full stack applications
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement DevOps best practices for deployment, automation and scalability. Manage and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for smooth, efficient releases
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, AI specialists, and other engineers to develop AI driven features and improve system performance
- Code quality & best practices: Write clean, efficient and maintainable code. Ensure high quality standards through peer reviews, automated testing, and documentation
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage cloud based environments (Azure/ AWS) for deployment and scaling AI applications
- Optimization: Optimize the performance of AI models and the full stack for better efficiency, lower latency and scalability
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Full Stack development with Node.js and TypeScript
- Solid understanding and hands on experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and hands on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab, etc.), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/ Azure/ GCP
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modeling, and API integration
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with popular AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.
- Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and model deployment
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
