Oliver James have partnered with a multinational insurance firm to recruit for an FP&A Accountant.
You will join a small dynamic team and support the Head of FP&A with helping to improve the financial decision making across the organisation and support in helping the business meet it's strategic goals.
I've outlined some of the key responsibilities below;
- Play a key role in forecasting, budgeting and long term planning for the business
- Key role in transformation of the finance function and help to share the future of the FP&A function
- Working very closely with the senior leaders including the CFO
- Cost accountability across the business through planning and reporting
Experience required;
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)
- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance would be preferable
- Experience working in a commercial environment is essential for this role and strong proficiency in utilising technology (MS office, Excel, Powerpoint BI)
