First-Line IT Support Technician | On-Site: Manchester City Centre | Contract Opportunity | Immediate Start | Up to £125 per day
Reporting to: IT Support Team Leader

They are currently seeking an IT Technician to work from their Manchester Head Office. Please note this will be an on-site role with 5 days per week working in the office. Please ensure to only apply if you are within less than 1 hour commutable distance and are happy to go on-site for the duration of the contract (likely 3-4 months).
Responsibilities:
General duties will include but not be limited to:
- Working with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure
- Support and supply of laptops, headsets, and peripherals
- Troubleshooting IT issues across a wide range of technologies
- Updating the ticket management system to maintain detailed records of incidents/resolutions
- Maintaining technical documentation in the knowledge base
- Assisting the wider business with project-related work
- Maintaining the asset database
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 2+ years in a service desk or IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
