Project Manager (Finance ERP Transition) - Outside Contract - Hybrid (London)
Purpose:
Ensure on-time, within-budget, and scoped delivery of projects, focusing on transitioning from a single to dual SAP S/4 HANA instances, supporting the carve-out of a business division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively define project scope with stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed work plan, sequencing project activities.
- Obtain required approvals to initiate the project.
- Define project objectives and evaluation measures.
- Manage project execution, ensuring successful delivery.
- Maintain project records and submit reports to stakeholders.
Skills / Knowledge / Ability:
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Finance background with understanding of financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in IT Finance Systems Delivery.
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills (up to Board level).
Educational / Experience:
- 10+ years managing projects in regulated financial services (Insurance Required).
- Experience in large transformation projects with multiple suppliers.
- Successful implementation of customised finance ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA PCE) in a multinational setting.
