As they continue their exciting growth trajectory, the firm is looking to expand their financial reporting team to play a key role in maintaining top-tier reporting standards and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial reports, including capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, and management fees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting the firm's continued growth.
• Assist with fund audits, quarterly and annual reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including reviewing fund structures, valuations, and financial statements.
• Work closely with the Controller and CFO on special projects, fund launches, and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience within Private Credit or Fund Administration
• Open to backgrounds in asset management, public accounting, or fund administration
• Proficiency with financial reporting software, preferably Allvue or Investran.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across the organization.
