Enterprise Architect- Permanent Position

Hybrid working- 2 day a week onsite

Salary- €120,000-€130,000 DOE



A leading firm in the Insurance industry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Architect to join their Information Technology department.

• Develop and maintain a long-term IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
• Design and implement robust and scalable IT architecture solutions.
• Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggest improvements.
• Create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development team.
• Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Ensure that technology infrastructure operates seamlessly to meet the company's business needs.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Demonstrates an understanding of strategic issues, and is an expert on the systems development life-cycle and typical problems associated with implementing information systems, from initial concept through development and implementation to operation and support.
• Deep understanding of business strategies and business processes.
• Have strong knowledge of the organisation's IT infrastructure and software development and maintenance methods, tools, and techniques.
• Has a sound knowledge of risk assessment, change management, configuration management, reliability and safety methods, and metrics. Is skilled in project risk management.
• Effectively communicate the architecture to technical and business audiences
• Highly proficient in Agile/Lean development methodologies and Continuous Deployment Tools and Techniques.
• Ensure that overall Enterprise Architecture Designs and Tool/Vendor selections facilitate and/or support these techniques
