Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Institution on an initial 6 month contract based in Dublin.
My client is going through a significant growth phase and are seeking an individual to come on board to coach and develop various teams through this exciting time!
Core Responsibilities:
- Coaching teams from executive level down, providing them with your knowledge on your previous success.
- Understanding training needs for each team to enhance experience.
- Working on metrics for your teams growth throughout the coaching process.
- Support teams with Process Improvements by facilitating workshops; Constructively challenge teams to simplify their process and adopt more Collaborative/Agile ways of working
- Working in a Scaled Agile environment and contributing the development of this framework for the client.
The role:
- Initial 6 month day rate contract - with extensions
- Flexible hybrid model (2x days per month)
- Competitive daily rate on offer (DOE)
