• Oversee countrywide pricing, analysis, and compliance for Workers' Compensation.
• Collaborate strategically with Underwriting and Sales for product development and profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies for under performing segments.
• Communicate analysis outcomes to business partners and Senior Leadership.
• Lead quarterly and annual loss reserve evaluations.
• Manage a small team of contributors.
• Require 8+ years of actuarial experience, including 2+ years in Workers' Compensation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, communication, and adjusting priorities.
• Preferably skilled in VBA, SQL, and R programming.
