Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Lead comprehensive financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis functions to guide strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Engage closely with senior management to provide actionable insights and analyses that influence company policy and strategy.
- Enhance financial visibility and business performance through the development and monitoring of key financial metrics.
- Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles.
- Drive continuous improvement in the financial planning processes to achieve efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaborations to align financial forecasts with operational capabilities.
- Champion the financial strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals in the insurance and reinsurance domain.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Insurance a must
- Profound experience in Financial Planning and Analysis within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
- Exceptional ability in partnering with business units, providing financial insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
- High degree of proficiency in financial software and systems relevant to financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the insurance and reinsurance sectors globally.
Salary: $130K - $200K base + bonus
