Director - Employee Benefits - Client Relationship Management required for a highly successful global Insurance Broking business offering a senior level role, long term career opportunities and excellent package for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Head of the function
• Manage allocated large MNC clients effectively
• Act as main point of contacts for clients
• Drive client retention and help build on client relationships
• Support sales pitches as required
• Singapore market coverage
• Team mentorship / leadership of junior team members

Requirements:

• 10+ years relevant experience
• Very strong client relationship / account management experience
• Strong experience of employee benefits / health solutions
• Experienced dealing with multiple senior stakeholders across large MNC clients
• Singapore market experience
• Background within insurance broking and/or insurers
