Digtial Delivery Manager - Product / Software
Location : London 3 days a week, 2 days home
Salary : £70,000 plus bonus + benefits
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join an industry leading & UK renowned organisation that are going through a period of growth due to continued success !
You'd be responsible for leading & driving the successful delivery of technology solutions across their Customer focused Digital Team. A pivotal role in ensuring that these solutions not only are delivered efficiently but also align to the wider business goals and digital initiatives
The function you'd be aligned to plays a critical role in the wider organisations strategy
Key Skills & Experience :
- Project Delivery : To manager the end to end delivery of Projects ensuring timelines, budgets and driving strategic business outcomes
- Strategy : Support the wider Senior Technology Managers in ensuring that the work of different squads align with the broader strategic goals
- Programme : Maintain oversight of the wider portfolio / programme, coordinating activities to ensure a consistent approach to deliverable. Working closely with both Digital & CRM squads to facilitate collaboration and ensuring smooth delivery
- Change & Release : Collaborate with wider IT Teams to manage and ensure a smooth change & release process. Making sure that changes are implemented smoothly without disruption
- Stakeholder Management : Identify & engage with key stakeholders, providing clear and regular updates on projects, issues, risk etc
We're looking for someone who has proven experience in a Digital focused Delivery role, that is used to Delivering on multiple complex concurrent projects or at a portfolio level.
