Oliver James have partnered with one of their leading, P&C, global insurance carrier clients who are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel/ Corporate Counsel to join their business.

In this role you will report to the Head of Corporate Counsel and be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including broker/partner, supplier, technology, and confidentiality agreements. You will also get exposure to regulatory filings and regulatory requests. If you have employment/ HR experience too, that would be desirable.

This is the perfect opportunity for a 3-5yrs+, mid level counsel seeking a new challenge and to be part of an industry leading team!

Salary up to $180k, with wider bonus and market leading benefits on offer. The wider team are Atlanta based, so you would get strong exposure to the leadership team for development and training. Hybrid, 2 days in the office structure.
