Oliver James are partnered with a Lloyds Insurer in their search for a Compliance Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role and will report to the Group Head of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the business with regulatory advice, including licensing

- Working with key stakeholders and syndicate manager

- Horizon scanning

- Regulatory reporting

Insurance experience is required, ideally within the Lloyd's market.
