Our client is an MNC insurance company who is currently working on their largest AWS Cloud Migration program. We are actively seeking for 3 headcount of AWS Cloud Technical Delivery Lead to handle various systems / application migration.
As the Technical Delivery Lead for the AWS cloud migration project, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end migration process, ensuring seamless transition of our systems and applications to the AWS cloud environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop migration strategies, and drive successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the AWS cloud migration project
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop migration strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate with technical teams to assess current systems and applications for migration readiness
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the migration process
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management / delivery
- Proven experience in leading cloud migration projects, preferably on AWS
- Strong understanding of AWS services and technologies
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must have
