Our client, a well-established company in the Non-Standard Auto Insurance industry, is currently seeking dedicated Claims Professionals with Non Standard Auto experience to join their Claims department on a permanent basis.
2 x Casualty Supervisors
4 x Casualty/Litigation Specialists
15+ x Property Damage Adjusters

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Process and investigate non-standard auto insurance claims efficiently and accurately
  • Review and analyze policy information, coverage, and liability to make fair and informed claim decisions
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information
  • Negotiate settlements and ensure timely resolution of claims
  • Maintain detailed and organized claim files in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements


Key Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies and claims processes
  • Knwoledge and experience with non-standard auto Claims
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Detailed level of coverage
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and tools
  • Strong leadership for Supervisor roles.
