Our client is looking for a Director of Change Management to lead internal engagement initiatives, enhance communication strategies, and manage change across the organization. This role will align business transformation goals with their organizational culture while ensuring effective employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement & Communication: Create engagement strategies and communication materials for the COO community to ensure clear messaging.
- Change Management: Design frameworks for large-scale changes to support smooth transitions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with senior leaders to align on strategies and report on initiative effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and a track record of successful implementations.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills to drive actionable strategies.
