We are looking for an experienced Change Management professional to lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on enhancing products, customer experience, and internal operations.
This position will report to the Head of Transformation and will play a critical role in ensuring organizational changes are effectively implemented, stakeholders are supported throughout the process, and the organization remains agile while maintaining stability.
The role can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Transformation to design and implement a robust Change Management strategy.
- Foster a culture and mindset across the organization that embraces and supports change.
- Establish and refine Change Management processes and tools to support large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Plan and execute Change Management activities aligned with enterprise-wide transformation objectives.
- Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders, assess their readiness for change, and secure their buy-in by clearly communicating the benefits of the transformation.
- Conduct impact analyses and evaluate the actual outcomes of changes.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and processes to address potential challenges.
- Create and implement comprehensive communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned, covering timelines, expectations, and support resources.
- Assess training requirements and create training programs to help stakeholders adapt to new systems, tools, or processes.
- Integrate Change Management activities into existing project plans and ensure they are embedded in future initiatives.
- Define and track success metrics for Change Management efforts within each transformation project.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes and long-term sustainability.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on Change Management best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest methodologies and innovations in Change Management.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 8 years of experience in a Change Management role, particularly within large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in process analysis, metrics, and performance measurement.
- Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), leadership, project management, and teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational environments, build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and manage competing priorities diplomatically and effectively.
- A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to implement practical solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
