✅ The Opportunity:

• Lead development of internal capital & proxy models

• Supporting activities to enhance and optimise the regulatory capital strategy framework and assumptions

• Particular focus on market risk

• Collaborate across actuarial, risk, and finance teams

• Influence capital strategy & model governance

• Deliver MI and insights to senior stakeholders

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Actuary (FIA) or FRM (or close to qualifying)

• Life insurance or consultancy experience

• Strong capital modelling & proxy modelling knowledge

• Market risk expertise; credit/ERM a bonus

• Python skills (or R/MATLAB) preferred

• Confident communicator & problem solver
