Business Readiness Lead - Contract Opportunity - Insurance


Working with a leading insurance client currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Readiness Lead for a pivotal contract position.
The ideal candidate will be involved in working closely with Work-stream Leads to ensure successful collaborative communication and delivery of projects within high profile programmes within the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Work-stream Leads on designated projects to ensure successful co-ordinated delivery.
  • Ensuring there is clear collaborative communication to ensure project delivery is successful.
  • Create strategic approaches for Operational Change Projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency during transitions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on System Integration Projects to ensure smooth, seamless integration of new technologies and systems within existing frameworks.
  • Ensure the correct business users are engaged in UAT and ensure programme strategy is adopted and adhered to across the business.

Key Skills:

  • Solid experience in driving Business Readiness across multiple projects within financial services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
