- Operate at a programme level to shape the strategic initiatives of the business.
- Be hands on and work with directing the team in operational excellence.
- Work with business to bridge strategic goals with actionable improvement efforts.
- Ability to think strategically and be a mentor and connect processes to ensure they drive meaningful change in the business.
- Be a facilitator and measure, analyse and control processes and outcomes.
- Must have Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification.
