Job Title: Business Analytics Expert

Mission:

As a Business Analytics Expert, your role is to transform company data into valuable insights. You will bring clarity and structure, helping colleagues make well-informed decisions.

• You will listen to the business needs and convert them into reports and dashboards based on the company's Data Model.
• You will design and maintain the Data Model in collaboration with external partners, ensuring it aligns with business processes.
• You will oversee the development of different layers within the Azure data warehouse, ensuring it evolves with current needs and technological trends.
• You will document the Data Model and the data warehouse to maximize their utility across the company.

Qualifications:

• You hold a degree in IT or a related field.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• You possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
• You have strong skills in SQL, DAX, and Power BI.
• You are familiar with data modeling techniques (e.g., Kimball).
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, SQL Server suite, and Azure Synapse is an advantage.
