Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join one leading insurance MNC. Key requirements include 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strong knowledge of insurance products, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with vendor management are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis to document and analyze needs from stakeholders
- Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions
- Serve as a liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors to facilitate communication and project execution
- Create detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional requirements
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Support project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress
- Manage off-shore teams and align resource plans to match business expectations
- Define test strategies, develop and execute test plans, and manage issue resolution
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of BA related experience in Insurance will be prefered
- Prior knowledge in policy administration/ claims/ pensions will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (cantonese)
- Ability to work well in a team and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
