This Business Analyst role focuses on the Dora Framework/Incident Management.

Some Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit DORA regulatory notifications within 24 hours of qualifying incidents.
- Assess incidents against DORA thresholds and inform key stakeholders promptly.
- Analyse incidents to identify patterns, root causes, and regulatory triggers.
- Maintain and update knowledge of the application portfolio and related developments.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and support stakeholder communications.
- On board new applications with required attestations and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including project deliverable, charters, and timelines.
- Communicate incidents and solutions to executives and stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
