  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • CPA preferred; additional certifications a plus.
  • Experience with public accounting and exposure to audits is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial data to senior executives.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a hands-on approach to managing the day-to-day operations.
  • Highly proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Professional development opportunities and career growth.
  • A collaborative work environment with leadership that values your contributions.

If you are a proactive and driven accounting leader with a strong foundation in US-GAAP and a passion for the insurance industry, we encourage you to apply!
