Our financial services client is looking for a Senior Manager in Architecture and Infrastructure to be a part of their wider IT team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop Architecture framework and methodology for the business.
• Create and maintain Current State Architecture, Target State Architecture, and IT Roadmap for the business regional and local businesses.
• Provide oversight and guidance in Architecture practice and Technical Solution designs across Asia business to optimize investments and enhance solution scalability and reusability.
• Ensure alignment with Regional and local offices Business Strategies, Objectives, Requirements, and IT roadmap.
• Mentor project teams on technical challenges and solutions.
• Develop architecture templates and Reference Architectures for Applications, Data, and Integration domains.
• Lead Regional Cloud development and adoption.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle activities and ensure solution adoption by local BUs.
• Support detailed project planning and manage interdependencies, risks, and challenges.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, solution design, and acceptance by local BUs management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements and approvals.
• Manage vendors to design solutions aligned with business needs and ensure quality deliverables.
• Support Infrastructure Operations and vendor coordination for data centre, servers, and network management.
• Review infrastructure contracts, renewals, SLAs, and incident management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in technical roles including project implementation, solution delivery, and architecture.
• 8+ years of architectural practice and governance experience across Business, Systems, Data, Infrastructure, and Security domains.
• Strong knowledge of Financial and Insurance Services industry and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud-native solutions, PaaS/SaaS platforms, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Microservices architectures, API management, Web, and Mobile Applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with the ability to drive consensus.
• Knowledge of Life or General Insurance domains and certifications like TOGAF 9, AWS/Azure Solution Architect are advantageous.
