1st / 2nd Line Support - Aarau - up to 110k CHF
We are working with a well-established IT service provider in the Aarau region that supports public institutions and government clients. They are currently looking to bring on board an experienced ICT Supporter to join their operations team and contribute to the stability and performance of their modern IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
1st & 2nd Line Support: Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across various end-user environments.
System Operations: Monitor and maintain core ICT systems, especially those involving Azure AD, Intune (MDM, MAM, Autopilot), and Microsoft 365.
Device & Printer Management: Support mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and printers, ensuring seamless access and usability.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot incidents, provide quick resolutions, or escalate where needed - all within agreed SLA timeframes.
Installations & Maintenance: Configure and maintain workstations, network access, and peripherals according to internal standards.
Automation Support: Use PowerShell scripting to assist with simple packaging tasks (e.g., PSADT) and help with software deployment.
Documentation & Compliance: Follow configuration standards and internal guidelines via Confluence and maintain accurate documentation.
Proactive Improvement: Contribute to continuous service optimisation and preventative issue handling alongside your team.
Ideal Experience / Background:
Minimum 2-4 years in ICT support or a similar technical support role.
Strong working knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Experience supporting a diverse range of users and devices in a structured IT environment.
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and interest in automation is an advantage.
Comfort working with ITSM tools, SLAs, and monitoring systems.
German language skills at B2 level or higher are essential for daily communication.
